Our Heritage
Although SEALACHEM was incorporated in 2005, our adhesive heritage spans decades.
Since its inception, SEALACHEM has been the sole distributor in Zimbabwe for Permoseal, manufacturers of the trusted Alcolin brand (established in 1949) and the Bostik range, produced under licence.
In 2022, Permoseal was acquired by Bostik, strengthening our partnership and giving SEALACHEM access to Bostik’s full global portfolio - including the internationally recognised Den Braven range.
In addition to Alcolin, Bostik and Den Braven, SEALACHEM has grown to become the sole Zimbabwean distributor of several other leading international brands, including Sellotape, Rystix Timbacare, Velcro, ASK Chemicals, and Elite Chemical Industries.
Over the past 20 years, SEALACHEM has evolved from distributor to trusted industry and technical partner, building long-standing relationships with our international principals and customers and providing dependable product guidance and technical support across Zimbabwe’s key sectors.
